but for this, MATH1151 is a prereq and so if i did 1141 i wouldn't be able to do this course?
yeah, but if i do math1151 and then decide i dont want to do actuary what will be the ramifications?
and vice verse if i do math1141 and then decide i want to do actuary.
i'm unsure if i would like to undertake actuarial studies at the moment and want to wait a semester or two before i decide. i'm doing adv math/commerce and am wondering whether i should study math1141 or math1151 if I want to keep my options open for whatever major i decide. is math1141 or...
ahh thanks for that shadowdude. im not too sure what i want to major in yet in either commerce or adv math
so by choosing these subjects:
ACCT1501
ECON1101
MATH1141
SCIF112
will this enable me to leave my options open regarding majoring until second semester?
Re: B Commerce/Science(adv MATH)[UNSW] versus B Commerce/Science (USYD) - which one?H
With the adv math/comm degree what subjects do you study in your first year? A combination of math and commerce or strictly one or the other? Cheers
yo cbf working it out but because it is actually atoms
just use the amu mass off the periodic table. find the difference then multiple by 931.5
this binding energy in MeV
EDIT:
actually didnt realise it was deuterium. that makes it a lot harder
of course i still answered the question but i wrote the examiners a note.
they have given bonus marks in hsc exams before, hopefully if noone else wrote a note to the examiners i might receive one haha
Anyone else pick up the mistake?
In the galvanic cell where you had to calculate cell potential the electrolytes weren't 1.0 mol/L therefore the standard potential table had the wrong values and it was impossible to correctly calculate the cell potential.
