the best part of this experience is that there was no after party for me, i'm quite thankful to celebrate my formal without the need to intoxicate myself with alcohol. This was the happiest formal of my life

it was cool, we walked around the city streets and it was totally surreal. a junky yelled at my friend who picked up the junky's hat which he left on the floor and it was hilarious. my friend is the strangest person you'd ever meet, he then went for a drunken stroll and came back to the hotel with tonnes of magazines he 'found' because they weren't guarded so he took them.

but yeah, the formal was quite good. the music could have been better though because the DJ wasn't very good at mixing and song choice wasnt that fantastic, but it was nonetheless awesome anyway dancing along. food was pretty good as well, and company was great, my date looked fantastic! as well as everyone else of course.

also gotta love all the oompa loompa fake tanned girls! hahaha how tragic

lol, only to some people...
my formal was average... went to a casino afterwards back up in sufers paradise (near where we were staying for schoolies) and i turned $10 into $70 playing 21, my friend turned 30 into 210... lucky. <---- that was 20 minutes worth

Mine was quite lovely! Were awards given out at your formals? I wanted awards, and some better music, too. But it was fun all around. Shame there was no afterparty though, I was looking forward to one!

mine was okay,
funny watching teachers dancing, we had a 40year old chick dj which was a tad weird, the place was pretty but kinda in the middle of nowhere, ah well still better than i expected

It was great.
And was crashed by a wedding party.
