mid - high E2, dont take my word on it though. but i am sure u will end doing fine.hey what would 57/120 get aligned to? and roughly wat band would tht be
My understanding, and I believe the understanding of Lazarus et al. who have done heaps of research on this, is that alignment is linear between each band's cutoffs, so overall it may look like a ln x graph, or it may not, depending on where the cutoffs are set.you guys should proabbly take note aligning marks isn't linear.
think of it as an lnx graph with x being your mark.
according to me, yesArg I'm expecting 75-80/120
Just looked at the paper and solutions I downloaded - counted like 79.
SCRAPE E4? YEAH ? GUYS?
T.T
That's not true at all. Of course it's linear.you guys should proabbly take note aligning marks isn't linear.

Yes - thanks. My understanding, and I believe the understanding of Lazarus et al. who have done heaps of research on this, is that alignment is linear between each band's cutoffs, so overall it may look like a ln x graph, or it may not, depending on where the cutoffs are set.
then what do you think the cut off would be this year? or the person who got it most right..That's not true at all. Of course it's linear.
There is a linear relationship between every raw mark and every aligned mark, and it is a different linear relationship for each performance band.
Yes - thanks.
I don't know where the ln x idea came from. No graphs have ever been published.
It's impossible to know unless you're one of the Board's judges.then what do you think the cut off would be this year? or the person who got it most right..
