I know that he was put into the team, im not that dumb, look in the other thread about this and you will see that i was talking about Gayle being in the team. What i meant is that when that story was published the three WI players were in doubt. A couple of days ago that site published another story that confirmed Lara and Bravo were given the ok but nothing was said of Gayle until later on in the day, hence i did not say Gayle was confirmed as he was not.

WI are a team that can score 350 runs in one game and then the next game get bowled out for <100 runs. Im sure they will do ok as most of their recent problems are almost fixed.

I was glad to see Marlon Samuels playing for the Windies again in the game against Victoria... he did well last time he was down here, but he suffered back injuries, so it's the first time in a while since he's been able to play.

If Chris Gayle is going to play the way he currently has been playing I'm afraid to say that it will be all over for Asia. He single handedly destroyed the opening Aus A attack in both games.

Why isn't Afridi in the Asia side? I know that his bowling action is abit suspect, but heck this is a player who in his first batting innings in a ODI scored his 100 in just 37 balls.
