I think I got something like 3, back in '06. I couldn't be fucked, and was terribly unfit.

Not true, as you start pushing 17-18 it turns into a lactic situation where middle distance runners shine through. I'd like to see Kenenisa Bekele do it.

The best I've seen was 16.3 by a 15 year old, he was nationally second in cross country and 800m at the time though.

My best is 14.11, I'm a 200-400 runner.

9, but i'm flat out sprinting, like, 9's my hundred metre pace and i get that far, i just run forever, on the 12 minute bike test, my vO2 is like 15 points higher.
I'm a cyclist though so i make up for my lack of pure speed with sheer strength making me quite quick up hills

i was always the first person to quit right after the fatties, coz it'd look bad if i quit at the same time as them.

i last did it back in 98, and cant remember what i got. But i know that they stupidly made us do it a few hours before the cross country. So most of us were like meh lol. Someone got up to ah 7 and then stopped as she was a good runner and didnt want to waste energy.

The last time i did it, in year 10 i got 9.6 but i feel i could have pushed a 9.8 that day.

I did the beep test a couple of years ago (wen i was fitter) and got 8.2 pretty happy

7.4 in year 11. (I specifically asked to do it with the year 10s for shi*s and giggles ;D I didnt beat my year 10 score though =[ 8.2 that time.

Ours was chaotic. 1/2 the grade crammed in the hall and bags strewn all about the place, first few rounds were poo cos everyone was trippin over and pushin and shit. Still kinda lol. Iunno what I got cos I wouldnt have cared.

+1. But I didn't want to quit till at least a good 3-4 people had, so I pushed myself up to 5, maybe 5.5. Some of you guys have insane numbers.
