lol its not measuring your fatness haha. Its an indirect measure of how well your body uses oxygen during exercise. My best was 16.1 earlier this year but if i had to do it now i would probably get like 12. Need to get back to the running.

Less than 10 is actually fairly soft. having said that i have never scored more than nine becouse the speed bit gets to me, score equivilent of 18 on bike ergo test!

I got 16.4 last year, i seriously doubt that anyone on here would have got anywhere in the viscinity of 20. I think you'll find that not all AFL players are even getting 20, and it finishes on 22 i think.

Still only 15.
