Does anyone else think question 12 was worded poorly? Shouldn't it have been inertia, the only reason I didn't pick A was because it didn't explicitly use the syllabus term "inertia," so I went with C because I thought financial costs could impact the pay of the employees.

the wording for the mcqs in general was a bit weird

yeah i picked that too but ig redundancy payments dont rlly affect the employees

Yesss, it was worded really bad. I put c first and then changed to d. Anyways, it was wrong

for the marketing ER if you included types of markets like industrial, intermediate, consumer, mass, niche into target markets is that fine?

this was me, i thought the exact same
but i feel like it wont be 2 ans correct for this. sucks tbh i thought i was confident abt that one
