but i feel like it wont be 2 ans correct for this. sucks tbh i thought i was confident abt that one

feels good to know I wasn't the only one, so frustrating because it wasn't a content gap and was the only mark I lost

yeah that sounds really goofy but it was the only one that made sense w the employee resistance

omg I got that wrong like I knew it was inertia but I just assumed it was a factor of it so I said changing plant layout

but idk the business exam was interesting. Its really annoying how specific the marketing question was even though I got it in the end, they could’ve been more broad but it was like processes connected to 4 different strategies.. For the business report that was an interesting case, I think the question was kinda stupid and the business’s reasoning was stupid like they didn’t wanna comply with environmental law, am I meant to recommend they overwork their employees and unethically source their materials?? Idk that question was a bit contradicting in itself imo when I was answering the operations strategies question. I do think short answer was considerably way easier and all the questions were connected to processes, I think the questions were a bit too easy like “what is the difference between goods and services” I think it would’ve been more fun if we were assessed on more complex questions and alignment would be way better cause it’s unfair to the people who know their content really well. Mc was okay I’m sure I made the most mistakes there, but generally a really well and easy exam besides the wording of mc.

I didn’t either it was completely irrelevant to the question!! It would’ve been dumb if we said to unethically outsource and engage in ways that harm the environment within Asia, since a core part of operations is CSR.

yeah and the questions asked didnt even relate to the issues much except costs. i couldnt even address the product quality issues properly bc i was focused on cost leadership

I linked quality to global sourcing but it was clear the business wanted to engage in unethical business for saying Australia’s laws are “strict.” I feel like I had very weak links to the business scenario because it was just stupid. I really don't know how well I did but this hypothetical business situation really pissed me off esp after I read the gantt chart, idk how they expect to build a factory in 7 days and practically everyone they did was unreasonable. I was lowk annoyed at the scenario, could’ve been way better
