Tbf, I did not study. I just messed up q12, the one w the table cause I thought they should go on leave lol (am kinda dumb since it was annual leave smh, I initially circled the suitable needs one) and lol I forgot if solvency should be higher or lower lol #dumbmistakes

I talk about the whs regulation 2017 nsw and how they should ensure they properly train staff on using equipment, implement extensive whs training and display potential hazard signs lol

Based on the 17 past papers I have done between trials and now my median mark in multiple choice has been 18/20, 38/40 for short answer , 19/20 business report and 17/20 in the extended response. Considering this my range has been from 98-84 with the mode being 89 and I have figured out that under exam conditions I face mental pauses which reduces my exam mark considerably. However, within this fucking piss easy exam I didn’t expect short answer to be so easy so I expect a 39/40 (Which will also account for the 1 mark I lost in mc), I expect a 18 minimum in my essay and extended response was a bit shit but I still think it was on par w my other practices therefore a 17-18. Therefore, my mark range will be between 87 and 91. Or maybe higher I found this way easier than trials ngl.

For me, multiple choice is worse, giving me 17/20. Short answer is very easy giving me 36-38/40. The 2 essays that I am really happy with I will give 18-19/20 for report and 19-20/20 for finance essay. Hence my estimate is between 90 and 94

I talked about training and development when acquisition would’ve fit way better but it was only an outline so hopefully that’s not that bad. I just said to make sure they train their employees and since it’s cheaper to provide mentoring and coaching to support employee morale which will lead to efficiency and low turnover which will help them achieve a competitive edge over others

You realise that i stated it was between trials and hsc… I had a one week break for my business trials and back then I used to do 2-3 papers a day and usually it takes me less than 3 hours.. in the lead up maybe I’ve done like 2 papers at most
