Another rationale:
World Vision is far too large-scale to be involved in systematic embezzlement.
Yes?
But i have to admit, i don't actually like World Vision too much, but they're the only ones who offer child sponsorship.
thats true but then again you can argue that the size of World Vision aids in such embezzlements for their actions are easier to 'hide' within their large operations.
Yeah, sometimes world vision can be thought of dodgy, but recently they have been doing a lot of work and giving a lot of aid, and you convincing you dad to sponsor a child shows that you have at least decided to morally help out in some way, unlike others who just sit on their fat asses.

With relative poverty I truly doubt it... Unless there becomes some world-wide Marxist government.
Let's play the pedantic game!
There's no such thing as a real world-wide Marxist government. Marxism preaches for the dissolution of government after the world falls to it's ideology of inevitable advance.

I considered this, which is why i included "systematic" in the description, as in, "widespread and permeating throughout". Any embezzlement would be isolated and on a small-scale.

:D
I'm more proud of the fact that i'm contributing $10 a month even though i'm unemployed at the moment.

Hey, weren't you also trolling about how capitalism is the bane of humanity in the Global Financial Crisis thread?
Go take your socialist tendencies and preach them to someone else. Maybe you could find a deserving and overworked prole upon which to dump your excessive ideological baggage.

This is what people are supposed to do here - give their opinions. He's allowed to have socialist tendencies and express his views without being attacked, he's not hurting anyone and shouldn't have to shut up. I like having a variety of opinions in threads, that's kinda what they're for.
