Hi guys I graduated a couple years back and am currently in the process of building an AI that's specifically for the HSC (ChatGPT but for the HSC) and I was wondering would you guys actually find something like that useful. Would love to hear what you guys think .

PS: As much as I would like it to be free, its just not possible so for now I was thinking like 2 free daily messages and then $10 a month subscription :]

2024er here, first week of uni done so logged on here for nostalgia lol. how is it already nearly 6 months since last day of actual school not hsc freaking out for adult responsibilities, got my first hecs debt bill for Sem 1 its $7700! like expected but still why thats like $650 a week.

anyway mod A was good what texts r u doing? its very important to know the context of it so for me was all about Romanticism 1700s and you can get more marks with analysis on that rather than direct quotes and techniques from text.

does anyone know how NESA tends to mark drama stuff (in the sense that all courses have a preference in the way that students do stuff) - so specifically for group project in drama, do they like historical stuff, deep stuff, humour, e.t.c ? do they care about what kind of budget the school has for props e.t.c?

yeah their relationship was messssyyy. i did keats campion so cant help as much, but the principle is the same, i would argue keats is time based and Romantic theory, But was also very personal because he admitted his deepest fears about death on paper and believed he was never successful when he died, and the care he had for the love of his life, fanny was lovely and pain was so real in the film.
so plath and hughes can take similar view, how does the poetry make You feel? go deep, dont mention yourself but be empathetic (so if youre a psycho bad luck you will fail this lol). base your arguments around that and markers will love you.

How is sharpie not allowed in the hsc

It's interesting because I've used gel pens (Pentel Energel) and I've never heard of any restrictions on gel pens. Obviously the only thing we've been advised not to use were the erasable ink pens, though ballpoint remains the most popular. I swear by gel pens due to the deep colours you get.

Who else has my exact subjects please I need a friend to stress with... English Extension II and History Extension is actually so intensive, but it's all worth it surely...just as long as I'm distanced from STEM at all times because I could not cope with maths advanced.

Yeah it’s really just the examiners being pedantic about everything realistically it’s fine some of my friends used gel pens anyway. The erasable pens are more cause for concern cause the scanners can get hot and the pens erase when heat is applied

I do pretty much the opposite subjects but I find it really interesting how we are indeed all wired differently cause I enjoy stem but absolutely cannot cope with humanities or arts and I do terrible in any subject involving writing

Hey guys, I know what I’m saying will sound like a broken record but My English Mod A (Tempest and Hag-Seed) in class essay is coming up in about 3 weeks and I feel so cooked. I got 65% for my common mod crucible essay . Normally, I would get marks like 85%. Now, could someone give me any advice/ how much hard work I have to put in to get full marks on this assessment so I can at least clutch with an average of 80? I am so scared, since my ATAR goal/ requirement is cooked since I want to study medicine (the rest of my subjects are no worry to me as I feel more confident in my abilities and I understand what is going on) So any tips on how to actually clutch full marks and if it’s even realistic. Thank you besties. Sending good luck to my fellow struggle buddies/ ‘25ers.

I’ve kinda forgotten what each topic consists of, but some general advice:
For vectors just like find 2 vectors which can’t define each other and use those to express other vectors and prove. For algebraic proofs look for patterns and use previous parts. What I mean by look for patterns is like if you see something like 2a.b for example, you could see that that looks like the expansion of (a+b).(a+b) . I’ve said these in some other post somewhere.
For trig other than just practise auxiliary angle method more, if you’ve got time/ you want to, try memorise the general solutions to sin cos and tan (look them up they’re like formulas you can use to quickly solve complicated trig equations). My teacher taught them to me and it was one of the few things I actually memorised for maths. Lots of ppl on BoS have advised against it cause it’s oos tho so it’s up to you but I found it rlly helpful
