Hi
Does anyone know of any diets or foods to eat for students?
Any high achievers that would like to share the foods they ate?
Thanks :)

if you're hardcore, buy some supplements that help brain activity from a pharmacy (e.g. omega 3 pills etc)

Plenty of water.

Fruits, veggies, fish (esp. salmon), nuts like almonds and flaxseed, DARK chocolate and bread!!
Alittle bit of empty calories is also FINE!!

Lol. Eat what you want seriously. It isn't a fitness test. Just don't get overweight :p

But might as well?

Maybe it will have a psychological effect!

Eat, eat, eat dammit... don't starve yourself (it never works and plus I hate feeling hungry)
Also do sport and you'll still be healthy and smart at the same time
