Does Year 11 Maths results count towards HSC?

depends how u do in maths relative to how u do in ur other subjects

the first queston of hsc maths is usually year 11
or so ive heard..

in the hsc maths exam they can ask up to 2 questions directly from the preliminary syllabus, however many applications in year 12 build upon that already done in year 11

Guy above me is right.
Also, many schools interchange the order of topics around between the Preliminary and HSC course.
That means according to the Syllabus, the teacher's are technically allowed to teach you Year 12 stuff before learning the Year 11 stuff (which happens for many topics)
