Huh? A lot of DS games get leaked farking early. FF3 was released like a week before it should have been and the Japanese Diamond/Pearl by at least a few days.

I think just the legendary pokemon are different. I like the diamond one more. It looks sxc.

Games hit retailers earlier than people can buy them a lot of the time. Retailers will have Pokemon in their possession right now, therefore it's only a matter of time before some shop owner sells a copy to someone for a few bucks extra.
