I think he meant Quantitative Business Analysis? It's a finance major subject. Like Business Statistics v2 or so I've heard.

I get my SDP mid-sem marks and ASR marks back this week.

my finance mid sem was shocking!
Yeah, there were quite alot of probability questions in this exam- much more than the practice exam. Anything that says independent or mutually exclusive is my weakness.. I dislike the tests.

Good luck!
Does SDP have a mid-sem? I thought it was one big project/assignment only =/

Lecture 4 (Probability still I assume) was probably one of the more annoying lectures for me. I hated independent/dependent stuff too. Drove me nuts at times.

Thanks :D

Yeah, there are 2 presentations/staff reviews. One mid-semester and one at the end of the semester. Worth 50% each. I'm a little worried about bits and pieces of it that'll eat up some of the marks..oh well. Guess I'll find out tomorrow evening >_<

Yes, the B.Accounting degree is basically the B.Business with a major in Accounting and a few other subjects and electives. They both qualify you for entry into the CA/CPA programs for professional membership.

Yep, Probability is still Lecture 4. Just independent/dependent and mutually exclusive stuff... other stuff is ok.

The Bachelor of Accounting is a cooperative education program in accounting. It is an intensive course offered in conjunction with major employers. Students complete a compulsory first major in Accounting, and receive a scholarship and full-time work training.

This course is a specialist degree for high-achieving students who view an accounting career as an excellent foundation for future business leadership. All students in the course receive a $40,000 scholarship, a year of full-time work training, and are encouraged to complete a second major or sub-major in another business discipline. It has a historical 100 per cent graduate employment rate.

Re: The Original UTS 'Secks and Get Naked' Thread

hahaha whens your lab tomorrow
keep revising it tonight and on the way to uni tomorrow...that way youll remember a lot easier
i only crammed for an hr last night and 40 mins this arvo and i managed to remember 90% of the stuff
the quiz was normal...it was outta 15 if i can remember, but some questions were so short and simple we finished in half the time that was required.

i got 10 and 9.5, so if i get 9, i probably wont bother as much...but then itll be nice to get full marks for nervous system

i hope we get our chem mid session back this week..and speaking of chem i think the lab this week is a little bit tedious..

Re: The Original UTS 'Secks and Get Naked' Thread

hahaha back when i was at unsw, stuvac is student vacation, where one week before exams starts, everyone takes that week off and lets student study for exams.

hahaha i see you didnt go tamaras today...i wouldnt really bother anymore...i was spending her lecture time gta-ing

ah fair enough....ill let you know what the lecture is on...but i think resuming from redox reactions me presume....and yep ill send it to you somehow...msn or something

i guess every subject has their good and bad lecturers...this goes for all of the unis
