Obviously Maths Extension 2 is the hardest but when you exclude all extensions, what is the hardest?

Take your pick but I think it's English or Physics (could be Economics but I don't do it).

I'd say Chemistry is the hardest out of the BIG 3 (Eco, Chem, Phys) but all comes down to personal preference?

I'd say languages. so hard to concentrate or apply yourself. it's really hard to switch off english and get the gist of the language

I'd say Adv Eng, Chem, Phys and Eco would be up there.

A lot of it also depends on the individual. Some people just generally excel at some subs but find it difficult to cope with others (partly also through lack of interest).

Well, I think languages should be excluded aswell since it's not exactly mainstream.

depends who you are,

I would say english is quite hard but id also say 2u maths is quite easy, I have friends who would say the exact oppersite

its up to each person

also apparently latin and greek extentions are hard then ex2 maths hebrew ext pretty hard aswell

What do you define as "hard"? Even ignoring that, you can hardly compare the difficulty of subjects that are entirely different. What makes MX2 any harder than EX2 - they have absolutely nothing in common that you can compare between them.

The languages and economics. And MX2 isn't actually the hardest, I remember a teacher telling me that there was a language that scaled even higher than MX2.

It's very subjective. For me, Maths extension 2 was one of the easiest, and english was the hardest.
