Homosexuals expressing love = Evil. Love should therefore = Evil.

Them physically expressing love (sex) = Evil. Sex (in any context) should therefore = Evil.

Why must one group be segregated for eternity without the rest of the world? I've heard that christianity promotes equality.

Bullshit.
Christianity does promote equality. Must we forge the abolition of the Slave Trade, from which the Chrisitian proclamation of Amazing Grace stems from? That even had its roots in the Christianity.

SEX, SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR, between a man and a women, as long as they are in a marriiage is by all means allowed. This between homosexuals, we see, God sees as unfitting.

When your arguments start making sense name_taken, I'll be listening. You are fighting for some of the most screwed up and hateful ideas that I have ever heard, and I cannot believe there are still some people that feel that way. Times are changing and your close minded, moral elitism isn't going to last much longer, not just because it is so freaking evil but also because it has absolutely no logic behind it. You seem to purport your views as if everyone should hold them, which is the biggest downfall of it all. I am not even going to talk to you anymore, because you hold some of the most inhumane perspectives that have ever been heard. Not to mention, that you contradict yourself every five seconds, and just ignore it and pursue your own agenda.

That's not true equality. God must have something wrong with him if he likes to torture people like this.

Actually it's a perfectly good quesiton, just like the one about when did early hominids first get souls.

If you want to make up victimless sins like blasphemy or anal sex, you better have bloody good explanations for them. You're just used to religious claims being exempt from critical thinking :)
Lol, God is the victim... Its not just about you.

Sin is transgressing Gods moral law or rebellion against God, leads you further away from Him.

That's great if you were living in a society if everybody was the same, believed in the same god and agreed with each other on every point. But this isn't. There are Christians and Muslims and Hindus and Buddhists and atheists and Pastafarians and god knows what else, all believing differently.

You are legislating that everyone bend to your way of believing. You believe it should be law that homosexuals can't marry (which, before you get started, predates your church and is NOT a religious thing everywhere, so don't even try the "marriage is religious" claptrap), can't adopt, can't be recognised as equal next to heterosexuals.

That's cool if you believe homosexuality is a sin. You're welcome not to do it yourself. But it becomes a problem when you try and force this on everybody else, which is why this thread exists, and why we get so mad at bigoted opinions like yours. They're fine if kept to one's self. But when you say "this gay couple, well, they don't even believe what I believe but who care's, they can't get married because my god doesn't like it and I SAY SO" - well, that's not really a valid argument, is it?

Nor is it fair.
Certainly that is fair. We have a confliciting of perspectives, where you observe oppression and we observe salvation.

Can I then argue on the grounds of sensitivity, based on demographics. That since the majority of the world belongs to a certain religion, i.e. 2.2 billion are Christians, and 1-2 billion are Muslims, and so forth, with Judiasm, Buddism Hinduism etc... all possess a similar dislike to homesexual relationships. And via its legislation, it will cause offence certainly to many peoeple.

Therefore we must not legislate it to not offend. And via other means, must we gift civil liberties upon those in question.

But people don't have a right to not be offended. That's the critical difference.

Removing discrimination trumps offence, every time. At least in civilised societies.

Im sick of this crap. This pointless, degrading arguements causing nothing but pain and anger. It is ironic that you post about hate, since you are proliferating it in your spite of words.

If you could argue without jesting and mocking, without offensive attentions and trully cared about the civil liberties of homosexuals, we would be more attentive to your arguement.

We did suggest the administration of rights, of humanity, to those deprived through other legislations.

Well, there is no sin against anal sex first of all, as long as it is within a marraige. Blasphemy certainly do. There are good reasons for that. First of all is that it inflames and cause tension. Take the example of say... that cartoon drawing of Mohammad. Observe the terrible catastrophe achieved.

Secondly, take the example of sex outside of marraige. To your claim, you could say, this has no negative impact upon society. However, how can you tell, via critical thinking alone. Such questions requires rigiorous scientific proof, and your guess is best as mine.

But further more, a sin does not have to have any impact upon society. Your confussing this with a common law, and rather the socical justice system. A system of laws that defines sins are set by God alone, a almight creator. This creator would certain do w/e he wants with the Earth, since he is the creator, setting w/e laws he wished. How can you question something beyond you?
*sigh*
i meant anal sex between 2 men, and yeah it is mentioned specifically in the bible:

Leviticus 18:22 (New International Version)
22 " 'Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.

The hebrew words Mishkevei ishshah means literally "after the manner of lying with a woman by the introduction of the male member."

In any case until you actually have a shred of fucking evidence that your creator is anything other than a fairytale your views should have no bearing on public policy or law :)

Rofl.

Your assumptions are so stupid I'm going to infer that they are actually sarcastic.

Sex is a gift, for use between a man and a women within the context of marriage, to renew their love and to make babies :)

It is possible for people to express love without sex.

Denying homosexuals marriage "rights" is hardly segregating them from society.

It is certainly true. However offence, and hate do encourage other actions that does impeed upon the rights of others.

I have done so for so long, you're just new and haven't seen any of it, but when people pursue of the discrimination of a set of people despite all reason and attempts to stop them it is hard to not get upset.

Like what? You're saying that gay marriage should remain illegal because some religious person will get so offended they'll go on a mad rampage and hurt someone?

Man, that says a lot about your religion(s).

It's excluding a group from many activities viewed by society as the most intimate displays of love known to man.

It's discrimination.

If the bible promoted true equality, wouldn't it be more... 'Humane'?
