Are there any conditions?

I think its that you can leave after the first hour but can't leave once you're into the last hour.

Nono it's..
You can't leave in the last 30 minutes
My memory isn't too clear on that so you're probably right, but im pretty sure you have to be in the exam for a period if time before you're allowed to leave, you can't just walk in sign your number and walk out.

I dont understand why people leave their HSC early. I mean, you spent all year preparing for it and in the end you cant give the final exam 3 hours.

Fuck I'm angry now.

ours is cant leave in the first hour, cant leave in the last 15 minutes
Thats how it is. The idea is that they want everyone to atleast have a go. But at the same time, the last 15 minutes is where everyones trying to finish the paper so they want it to be quiet.
