'The image of the flame burnt into my dreams.'

But it's not the real end, if that makes sense (you'd have to get context to understand i suspect), but the prologue is the end of the epilogue.

'Sure, the only thing I had left was the rest of my life.'

So i've got two

A quote:

Living to live in a world of time beyond me; let me
Resign my life for this life, my speech for that unspoken,
The awakened, lips parted, the hope, the new ships.

Best find all extension 2. Fits the story perfectly so I had to get it in.

I do realise this thread is a year old but couldn't resist starting it up again:

"I carry them with me, wherever I go."

I love my last line.

I'm doing a Critical Response, but here's my line anyway...

"To hold such a creature in our arms? Who, you ask me, would be so mad? Well...?"

It's actually a critical piece, not a story:

"Exposing ourselves to a range of frames is as much a part of understanding our own reading as it is of understanding those of others; as we displace ourselves to be positioned into the perspective of another, we are simultaneously set free to look back and examine our own line of sight – an action we would be well to apply to more than just the reading of literature."

It's long, but technically a sentence :D
