My Predictions:
Germany(1919-1936): Either a question based on the Great Depression and its impact on the collapse of the WR, or Nazi Racial Policy
Conflict in Indochina(1954-1979): Either:attempts at peacemaking/developments in North and/or South Vietnam up to 1964/The impact of war on civilians (I went to a seminar where Dr Thomas Cantwell spoke, he said that he would place his money on this area of focus for this year's HSC).

P.S. enoilgam and D94 were you guy's able to predict the questions in your respective MH exams?

ahh if there was a question asking about impact of ideology on nazi foreign policies what would i need to talk about in my answer? i know the nature, aim and strategies of nazi foreign policies (1st dot point) but i dont get the 2nd. help please?

I did collectivisation and industrialisation question and got 19 which I'm pretty happy with

There typically always is one on Stalin yes, he is a pretty big part of the course.

What topic did you do for International Study?

I am feeling either a question on the power struggle or foreign policy. I think this would be a great combo because everyone typically studies Stalinism and the Bolshevik consolidation of power and many people often neglect foreign policy because its the last topic and the power struggle because its a minor dot point but otherwise I am feeling pretty pumped for Russia.

For Indochina I think it might be something along the lines of the changing american policy towards Indochina and maybe one on the Khmer Rouge.

Tie in things like:
-"Lebensraum dem Osten" (living space to the east-evoked through Mien Kamf) & Grossdeutschland (greater Germany) for the preservation of Racial purity ---> Aryan race prospers (annexing German speaking area's like Austria, Alsace Lorraine, Sudentenland etc)
-"untermenshen" (Jews and Slavs) ---> overtaking inferior Slav's by expanding throughout Europe.
-Also the Treaty of Versailles ---> reoccupation of the Rhineland and recovery of territory lost due to the ToV---> reflection of Hitler's hatred toward the ToV

Depends on the verb used in the question, and the defined context.

This is my nightmare because I'm one of those "many people" haha, but as long as the power struggle question is something like "why did Stalin win the struggle over power" or "the power struggle was a conflict of ideologies, assess the accuracy of this statement"

Social and cultural life has been asked before so i'd say its probably more likely going to be leant towards the depression/hitler's accession to power
