I do nothing special for my hair... I wash them throughly with Sunsilk shampoo. Yeh, one thing if you oil your hair daily or after every 2 days, they look healthier, grow stronger and thick.

Wash + condition hair, wash face, nice smelling body wash, shave legs, exfoliate

That's my normal routine really except if I'm rushing to get out of the house I might skip the hair washing if it's in an OK state

I just use what ever shampoo and body wash I see in the shower.

And I do nothing with my hair (it's curly, there's not much I can do with it...).

shampoo/conditioner - palmolive "for dry lifeless hair" (bahhaha)
face - atm clearasil. i tend to alternate sometimes. depending on wats working and whats not.
body - coconut + vanilla body wash (the body shop) mmmmmmm

my hair - attempt to towel dry my hair, then hairdryer (with the use of the cool setting at the end to calm frizzyness), comb, straighten lightly (so its still full of volume but not wavy and frizzy), comb and then a finger comb of hair syrum to make things more even.

i dont like my hair. its very frizzy.

For a guy:

Shampoo
- Garnier Fructis Anti Dandruff (Woolworths - $5)
Conditioner - none
Face - Clearasil Micro-beads Cream (Woolworths - $10)
Body wash: Bathox Aloe Vera (Pharmacy - $2)

Other good Bathox 'flavors' are Anti-Stress, Mens and Lavender.

If I'm going out and need to look awesome, I do deep treatment for my hair the night before:

So, wash hair as usual with volumising shampoo (Herbal Essence)
Towel dry hair so that there's no water dripping.
Scoop up some Loreal Elvive treatment that comes in a tub and rub it all over hair, concentrating on ends.
Twist hair into a bun and secure with a shower clip.

Wash rest of body (Johnson's Dreamy Skin shower cream, I like the smell) and shave while hair conditioner works its magic.
Rinse off conditioner once body is all done.

For my face, I cleanse with Dove cucumber and green tea cleanser, exfoliate (Clean and Clear Daily Scrub) and then do a facial mask treatment (10.0.6 or whatever my mum has in the fridge). This I do on the day of going out if I'm going out at night.

Once out of the shower, I make sure my nails are cut and that I don't have any chipped nail polish and moisturise face and body. Spritz on some nice scent and I'm good to go.

soap

moisturise hands in winter because i get epic dry skin.

then depending on if my hair is short or slightly longer..
short: sweep it back so bits of it kinda spike up
longer: i have it down on my forehead, i dont like when it sticks up like 5 or more cm above my head, im not an anime character.

I am tempted to try this. In what way is it epic?

Wash hair with whatever shampoo is in the shower. Pile onto head.
Wash with a nice smelling body wash. Currently: Cussons Pure - milk and petal.
Shave.
Wash out shampoo. Put conditioner through ends.
Wash face with whatever cleanser/scrub I've switched to that week.
Wash out conditioner.

Wow, how exciting.
