WOO HOO
b.comm here i come!
Let me guess you wanted Newcastle BA Teaching (Arts)? That's what I wanted, and was thinking I wwouldn't get it... but I got the UAI and a little more and i'm so annoyed that so many people didn't get the marks --- i'd gladly trade my UAI down to 77 (then get the 4 extra points) if just a few others could get into the course! My uai was 83.55....Davriel said:G'day, as usual.
I was hoping to do a teaching and english degree, but needed at least 80.
I got 75.05, which is interesting since I had four Band 4s and two Band 5s.
I can still, hopefully, do an english degree but not the teaching one. If I get the former, I can simply do a Diploma of Education afterwards.
Either way, doesn't matter. I actually intend to become a famous author, which is requires imagination, not education (though the latter is a help).
I'd say so... not like maths is the only high scaling subject... besides, 2u maths isn't that great for scaling...Stryfe said:Just curious, did anyone from 2006 HSC earn a 100 UAI without any Maths subjects counted in their calculation? That includes those who did Maths, but didn't need it for their scaled aggegrate.
