Ext English- 90% 1st
Adv English- 73%
Maths- 74% (which I'm soo happy with considering my half-yearly)
Legal- 94% 1st
Ancient- 87% 3rd
Modern- 88% 1st

That's a pretty short turnaround period. Over at my school, it usually would take 1.5 weeks minimum to 2 weeks.

We finished our exams a month ago,
My results were alright:
Chemistry: 89%
Physics: 56% haha (should have studied more)
Biology: 89%
MX1 : 93%
Mathematics : 99%
IPT : 91% (I'm dropping this)
English Advanced: 74%
For some reason they haven't given our ranks yet, but all i know is that i got First in maths.

Well the ones that take long to mark (English, Legal, Histories) were earlier (starting 2 weeks ago), whereas Chem was later (but our teacher is like an overnight marker). Some subjects last week (like PDHPE, Economics and VA) are still being marked.
So English took 2 weeks to mark (we got the results last Thursday and did the exam 2 weeks ago Wednesday) and we only got Ancient yesterday after doing it last week on Monday.

Well I have just 1 more exam to go (we get results back after the holidays) which is Bio, so we'll see how I go :p
My thoughts:

Chemistry - a complete and utter failure :(
Physics - easier than I thought it would be, still think I didn't do that well :p
Maths 2U - killed the exam, haha :D
Maths 3U - not too bad!
English Advnaced - no idea, my story was kind of unsophisticated though...
English Extension - probably flunked the essay part :p

If you get results back in Term 4 that really breaks that feeling of a fresh start. Especially if you performed disappointingly.

True. It's best to get your results before term 4, so you know where your weaknesses lie, where you need to work more on, correcting your mistakes etc. That'll act as a motivator to do better when the 'fresh start' begins, rather than being depressed about your results (even though Year 11 doesn't count).
