This reaffirms why I lock the doors of the car when driving through, and don't walk the streets of the Western Suburbs.

They'll probably get a slap on the wrist and sent home to their foster parents as their biological parents are probably already in jail, waiting for their children to be old enough to join them.

Well, imagine if someone is after you, and they discover you in a cupbaord. You probably won't be able to get out and escape easily.
