I put age of the victim because if the victim is young or a minor or whatever its an aggravating factor. Raping a 20 yo and a 9 yo is not the same.
i put the age of the offender, because a young person isnt capable of crime, doli incapax
if the offender is a young offender they wouldnt be harshly charged, whereas if its an older offender its becomes an aggravating situation
thats how i thought of it

i meant for the bank robbery one lols. And explain why age of victim is an aggrevating factor not an "offender not being aware of the consequences of their actions"
The offender not being aware of the consequences of their actions would be a mitigating factor not aggravating

if your 20 years old and u commit murder, you get x amount of years in jail. if ur 10 years old, you dont go to jail. Thats a mitigating factor, not an aggrevating.

It's C because they aren't enforceable. The very definition of human rights are they are inherent, universal and inalienable which from process of elimination results in C. That said, many have signed international treaties, but domestic laws haven't been established to enforce those rights.

Can't go to trial before being charged.
It says criminal trial process not investigation. It says first step in a criminal trial process for murder - as an indictable offence, a committal hearing is required for murder to proceed into the Supreme Court.

That said, I could be wrong, but I dont think I am. My teachers agreed with me also.

7 d
8 c
9 a
10 c
11 c
12 a
13 a - eliminated b,c,d (as none of them are right in another tests)
14 b
15 c - not 100% sure
16 d
17 a
18 c
19 a - can only be a
20 b

100% on most except 10, 13,15
13 is d because the age of the victim can be an aggravating factor if the victim was young or old.....a, b, and c are mitigating factors.. 'a' means the offender was not aware, in other words, he did not have menus rea , intention, so this can be their mitigating factor

if you murder someone at 10 years old, there isn't even a trial let alone sentencing to test for mitigating factors. mommy just tells you not to do it again

however like someone said, if you rape a 10 year old instead of a 20 year old. your screwed lol.

with the accessory one i thought that it can't be accessory after the fact because for that to occur they can't know that the crime was committed? I've seen another question like this where the answer was principle in the second degree so i'm not sure?
