I disagree. I think even a whole number difference makes a lot of difference. I can speak especially for people who are getting over 95, a whole number IS massive.no where near "massive"
they are meant to give a ball park figure and most of the time they are correct to about 2 or 3 whole ATAR points
if it was off by like 5+ whole ATAR points then I would consider it massive
