The way i've been taught is like williams said, mention of disloyality = unitary.

Radical.... uneven balance of power...conflict inevitable
Pluraist....conflict seen as positive,, focuses on how conflict is resolved

nah see with a unitary perspective, CEo's believe that all managers should be uniform in their beliefs and anything that different ..that is any opposing forces or opinions are regarded as disloyalty. :)

It's an easy question, you are interpreting the question wrong. Basically it's saying the CEO has a unitary perspective, and as one of the managers disagreed he is seen as being disloyal.
