I think for interests of ease of managment and fairness it shouldn't be someone from that school, while they're at the school. Though, considering a teaching degree is only 3-4 years (IIRC) that means you could be teaching in a highschool when you're 21/22. I see nothing wrong with a 22 year old being attracted to a 17 or 18 year old to be honest.
