Even though the syllabus is changing, you can still get some books about the new texts because they are not changing all of the syllabus. I managed to get some books about Immigrants' Chronicle by Peter Skryzenki (wrong spelling, I bet)
yeah but it is about journey not belonging

Yeah, I know. But you can at least find something about the text.

Texts are texts. You interpret however you want. The themes of journey and belonging are so broad that in any journey text there will be many elements of the theme of belonging and vice-versa. At my school that had "Blade Runner" for journey and will have it this year for belonging.

Well, I haven't got much for other subjects apart from maths where I accelerate, hence there is nothing much to show off.

You should use Coroneos though, his stuff is very thorough has got a lot of good questions in there.

I've only gotten the HSC Modern History book so far, nothing else =\

*Sigh* at Namu's list. I know you've completed most of those textbooks

Currently, for the HSC at home:

English - 0
2U Maths - 1
Ext Maths - 1
Chem - 0
Phys - 3
Bio - 1 (borrowed)

Bleh, I feel stupid now :D. But I've got a nice list prepared to buy more textbooks for each subject, besides English (I'll probably look into the creative writing ones) :)
