Keep getting those marks (except maybe improve in english) then you'll easily get at least 93+ let alone 65.

what is it in ur opinion

Heyy Zazzy, im pretty much in the same boat lol. I got my half yearlys back, and really wasn't to impressed! BUT if you go really good in your nxt lot of assessments and trials, then im sure you'll bring up your rank and marks. You can only give it your all. Lol, goodluck!

Re: FUCK, we all know how to work hard, but how do you

Make a weekly "study timetable" and/or daily To Do list ... and stick to it!

However, this is easier said than done. :p
Lol totally agree!!
My time table--- It pretty much is differs everyday due to dance, tutoring, work.

But here we go..

3:30- home
3:45- Make a list of H/w and assessments thats are due soon.
4:00- Start h/w( or if not, do study)
5:00- Workout
5:30- Study
7:00- Tea
8:00- 10:00= Study.

just wondering, how many should hours we be working before trials? I have heard some weird things like 10 hours a day before trials.

LOL!!

You dont need that much, if you have consistent study you only need a few hours... 10 hours is a bit extreme. Just cover all the work, dont worry about hours :)

Remember shaon, its about quality, not quantity...
study smarter, not harder ;)
and all the other stuff that say hours dont matter...

65+ definitely.

However getting over 90, as dp said, will be hard for you, mainly because of your english mark (remember english MUST count) and also your other subjects don't scale very well (except Chem and 3U maths).

Re: no test = ?

I tend to study better when there are no tests coming up..
When I think of how close the tests are, I start doing really unproductive study 'cause I'm trying to rush everything..

But then I do nothing in the holidays :)

Re: no test = ?

it isnt too hard to study if you constantly do notes and practice papers.
