when we were doing the Italian food topic we made risotto but it was un po' al dente, if u know wat i mean...we stil ate it though
My friend and i made choc chip semi-freddo a couple of months ago e era delizioso! We also made granita in year10 or 11 and spaghetti at one stage. When we were in Italy we went to acooking class and made the best pasta i had in all of italy and tiramasu! (purtroppo, non mi piace tiramasu!) That was like the best day of our entire trip. it was my friends 16th birthday, we climbed the tower in piazza del campo (we were in Siena) and looked out over tuscany and after our delicious meal we went outside and it was snowing!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had never seen it snow before so it was fantastic!!

Ahhhhh, italy!
