I had a lady yell at me last night because we were cleaning the frappe machines and I couldn't make her a frappe. This was around midnight and I was on drive thru. She just kept saying "why not?" over and over again in an extremely aggravating tone. I thought she was going to attack me when she came around to the drive thru window so I ran away and called my manager lol.

THIS WAS MY FIRST NIGHT ON DRIVE THRU. Its going to get worse isn't it D: Oh god

I physically saw a customer return a sausage and egg mc muffin. And then I ordered one and the guy just gave me that one. I asked for a new one and they said whats wrong with it. I just said some of the egg is missing. I didn't know what to say.
