hey could someone please post all the rules and formulas of the derivative and integration of trig functions like cos sin and tan.
i always get mixed up, and i cant seem to find somewhere where all the rules are together (integration + derivative)

here you go, take note, You can only do calculus in radians when using trig functions

yeah but they are really old. and we never read the information in them, the teacher teaches the concepts and gives us her own notes, and we just do the questions.

I recommend getting an extra textbook if you can afford it and have the motivation to study from it. Ask around BoS to find out the best one for mathematics

If you are after a textbook with a solid explanation of the theory....cambridge mathematics is the way to go.
