This. I am fine with superpowers having some of them as it keeps rouge states more under control. Do I think Pakistan should have them? No. Do I think Iran should have them? No. Do I like the idea of China having them (I know they do)? No, although they are now the worlds second largest superpower so it is a reasonable expectation and there is nothing that can be done about that now.

No offense intended, but compared to America and Australia and other Western nations, Pakistan is a "shithole" as another poster put it.

It is fine for the US and certain nations that have shown they are sensible enough to have them.

It depends by what measure you rate the intelligence services. Bigger budget =/= better.
I would argue that a measure of percentage of attacks prevented could do better, but this is not only unknown, it is biased towards those places which are insignificant or peaceful. Pretty sure Luxembourg's intelligence services would be the best in the world.
Perhaps how little you hear of them in the news? In which case America and Pakistan suck, whereas Russia, China and Britain are excellent.

I believe that America is slowly getting rid of it's nuclear weapons because it is a signitary to the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, I may be wrong though.

Facts are facts Pakistan is a third world shithole, it's HDI is super low and sports teams dare not visit there because they fear for their lives.

They may have numbers, but against the US military I would say Pakistans soldiers look like children playing with wooden swords. They are simply not in the same league.

Lets not forget the Australia cricket team refusing to play there etc. It was only in 2009 in Pakistan that the touring Sri Lankan cricket teams bus was shot at by 12 men, injuring 6 of the players.
