so if my stats are poor with ~6 months experience, why the fuck would you recommend PHAT to a guy with NO experience whos also posted stats which are worse than mine

i know that you would recommend a Power Hypertrophy routine to a beginner weightlifter which indicates some lack of knowledge about the whole subject and arent willing to admit that THIS MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT ROUTINE FOR HIM. So yeah get your fucking shit knowledge sorted out before you try and help someone

typical internet hero..., mate, im trying to help the guy, im calling you out simply because YOURE WRONG, im saving the fucker from your inexperience
and what the FUCK, is a "typical internet hero" that youre calling me, srsly, explain

youre the guy who recommends an advance routine with no reasoning behind it to a novice, calling people piss weak even though you havent posted your own stats
who the fuck is hiding behind the keyboard now.
haha alright i admit i may have been wrong for suggesting PHAT,

but i called you an internet hero for rashly asking "DO YOU EVEN LIFT?". Man, do you think you're mad or something because you go to the gym, so you're automatically superior to me when you thought i didnt?

anyways my stats are, after 3 months of lifting:

squats- pyramid: 75, 80, 85, 90, 90

deads- pyramid: 60,70, 80, 80, 90

bench 55, 55, 60, 65

db press 27.5, 27.5, 25, 25

bent over rows 50kg

pull ups 9-10 rep max

b00m can verify those stats, as ive trained with him a couple of times.

edit: ive been squatting and dl for 7 weeks.. anyways, look, im not trying to pick a fight over the net, so ill stop here and be more than happy to cop whatever you say towards me.

i have better ways of raising my self-esteem, but yeah, whatever works for you i guess

Why don't women do weights? It's pretty hot tbh

Urgh, I hate my weak squats so much. So much weaker compared to every other part of my body

DO YOU EVEN LIFT
is a common phrase used on bb.com, that implies that the person isnt knowledgeable about lifting

and as for raising my self-esteem, thats also a quick judgement about a person, im not gonna call you a hyprocrite, but thats the definition of one
another quick judgement was that you thought i didnt think you lifted. Because naturally, i assumed all people knew about Laynes PHAT routine right? :|
one more, you thought i automatically thought i was "mad" because i lifted, even thought all i did was call you out on your terrible suggestion. And no, im not mad because i lift, because superiority is based purely on physical strength and size....
and as for "not picking a fight":
also, your stats are piss poor for someone with 'experience'.

just saying
and sorry im not massive like you.

phaggot
i just called you out, and youre taking it personally
im gonna say it one more time for effect;

Get Your Shit Sorted

hahaha strong language from someone who didn't take what i said personally..

"who the fuck is hiding behind the keyboard now", "what the FUCK, is a "typical internet hero" that youre calling me, srsly, explain"

yeah sorry i dont know how to quote. i dun goof'd

yeah i read the misc threads too..

but yeah, so i have an assignment to complete, so take care of yourself now.

also, "do you even lift", i believe, is a phrase used to criticise a miscer's avi, and hence a direct attack on their physique, rather than their 'knowledge' of lifting.

wow.....
just quickly then
- strong language? i called you out on your argument and said "get your shit sorted" as a result of that, which means to check your knowledge before you post. Was there any unsubstantiated comment against you? No. It was "strong" because it was against you
- My quotes were said AFTER YOURS, hence my point, hence for someone who didnt "want to start a fight" you sure dun goofed on that, note also unsubstantiated comments
- If a persons avi is out, and theyre a regular lifter, knowledge is also a part of it,not just purely training, because if getting ripped was all training, we'd all be awesome
- Strong admitting to being a hypocrite
- Strong self-esteem raising with the "Take care of yourself now"

You Are Deadset the Biggest Douchebag
ignorant stuck-up people such as yourself should be culled
its what happens when a person realises theyre wrong and doesnt have any comeback whatsoever and resorts to being a complete idiot who "ignorantly" says shit like ya mum or CSB (Y)

its funny that people reduce themselves to that rather than just giving it up

but whatever works for you i guess

trollin' much better now Annalady

there's a few things you should look up before starting exercise in order to make it easier to cope with unexpected results (bad/slow ones) and they include:
- The Spot Reduction Myth
- Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
- Body types per ^
