Good all round routine:

Abdominal Plank: 15 min OR for beginners, 7x90 seconds, 30 second breaks, and work your way up
Pushups: 5x100, 3 minute break OR for beginners, 5x20 with some sort of break in between and work your way up
Pull ups: 10x5 reps, then 25 in one go.
Ab wheel: 100 rolls

lol yeah, you need to do squats mate.

i had the whitest (i.e. supa flat) butt before i started doing squats, now i have a booty and it's excellent if i do say so myself.

fitness first is good because it's well maintained and shit, but it's way too expensive. i'm paying like 24 a week for ff in darlinghurst and i have to go home and go after dinner because it's way too busy from 5:30 to 7. had to share a bench with 2 other dudes once. was fucked.

Yea I dont have toothpick legs lol. COuld get a bigger gastrocnemius though.
