1 hour. It's a BJJ gym but they hold MMA sessions 3 times a week; however they contract in this guy who I think is really just a personal trainer, as it just feels like a gym boxing class. Probably just going to go to the BJJ classes, and if I have the time in the future I will learn Muai Thai. The BJJ classes are awesome, amazed me how quickly you panic and tap out from a choke. I was also stupid in the first lesson and tried to be tough when I got put in a leg lock which resulted in me limping around for several days later.

I know the one, it's like a calf raising/squat machine... i stopped using that one. Do you find that it causes red lines all over your shoulders because of your shirt (the parts that are overlapped) pushing against the pad?

Legs day for me today: (3x6 in all)

-3x6 leg press (200kg)
-Calf raises (180kg)
-45 degree calf raises (220kg)
-Quad press (60kg)
-Deadlift (130kg)

Then Abs

your doing way too many reps man

break it up, 4x12 or 5x9 or something (unless your goal isnt hypertrophy)
