- 15 minutes of basic conditioning (skipping rope, push ups, crunches, bridges)
- 10 minutes with partner- basic take-down into armbar
- 10 minutes with partner- Headlock escape into shoulder lock
- 10 minutes sparring with partner; no submissions, restart if one reaches full mount or leg lock.
- 15 minutes cool down cardio (more skipping, crunches etc.)
Gym membership finished yesterday, I've got a barbell, bench press and ~80kg of free weights at home; so I'm limited to mainly rows, cleans, presses and higher rep range bench press. I'll sign up with the uni gym come March, which is about half the price of what I have been paying.
