Edit: Oh and some general weights, no cardio, calves seem to cramp up everytime i run, its fucking annoying

2 x 20 assisted chin up with 50kg counterweight
2 x 20 assisted tricep dip with 50kg counterweight
3 x 20 leg press - 45kg
3 x 20 hip adduction and abduction - 29kg
3 x 60 seconds planks

30 minutes of intense cross trainer-ing

- 15 minutes of basic conditioning (skipping rope, push ups, crunches, bridges)
- 10 minutes with partner- basic take-down into armbar
- 10 minutes with partner- Headlock escape into shoulder lock
- 10 minutes sparring with partner; no submissions, restart if one reaches full mount or leg lock.
- 15 minutes cool down cardio (more skipping, crunches etc.)

Gym membership finished yesterday, I've got a barbell, bench press and ~80kg of free weights at home; so I'm limited to mainly rows, cleans, presses and higher rep range bench press. I'll sign up with the uni gym come March, which is about half the price of what I have been paying.

got into a hand to hand fight on the roof of a five storey building.
it was bloody but then i delivered the coup de grace by forcing my opponent to fall off the roof.

went to manly today, so the usual manly exercise...

ie. running from platform to platform at central to get trains on time
running from circular quay station to wharf 3 to get to the ferry on time
walking down the corso
swimming in the water and jumping over waves which were extremely massive today for some reason :)
