Doesnt the atkins diet reduce the respiratory quotient in yoyr body to 0.67 and thus reduce the muscle glycogen in the body? I recall hearing this from somewhere

yeah carbs are good if you want to be a runner

but not good if you want to be as healthy as possible

breakfast: 3 whole eggs, 3 whites srambled with 3 slices of salami and salsa nomnomnom

+ post workout shake (40g protein powder, frozen berries, skim milk all blended up)

lunch will be salmon while I'm on the train

+ protein bar on the train (ate me salmon before i left hehe)
+ protein shake with berries and skim milk again for dinner.

i was watching ready steady cook yesterday arvo (waiting for judge judy)
the main ingredient was sour cream and she ended up making a sour cream cake and cherry sour cream sauce
it looked pretty delicious
