that link made me feel sick

the only thing i'd eat is the banana

but i'd probably pick off the deep fried-ness and put natural yogurt on it instead lwol

add to before some a small piece of lightly seared salmon, steamed sweet potato and some snow peas

Any cooking directions?
things i cook:

- eggs every morning. fried, because it's less work. make them nice and runny for the toast

- chicken breast (cook in pan with olive oil about once every 4 days, then fridge it). marinade it in fresh lemon juice for maximum taste. can be cooked with chopped onion in the same pan

- scotch fillet every night. i put a bit of teriyaki sauce on it -- i shouldnt, but i love the taste. on the barbecue for as long as is required

- all vegetables steamed in the microwave

- brown rice comes in 250g packets that you can put straight in the microwave

- black beans: cook them in a huge batch, then freeze and defrost/microwave as required
