I agree with you on both of these.
I absolutely hate t-shirts which have things like "Have you hugged my t-shirt today" or "100% bitch". It shits me.

Another one would be.

(guys) joggers and jeans (I'm talking like sports joggers and jeans) = not
(guys) v-neck sweaters = hot

(girls) lace up knee high boots (going for the whole 'craft' look) = hot, for most.
(girls) wearing bras which don't fit you properly and thus show us where your straps cut into your back = not.
