haha aircrash investigations never throw me off when i'm getting on a plane, it's border patrol which scares me
i love border patrol xD i just find it so interesting how the airport works... im always watching the guards and customs people checking stuff and just watching in awe. it looks so cool xD

ah where was it... ermmm umm.. it was either brunei darusalem airport or kota kinabalu (malaysia) airport, i was waiting to board the plane, and i looked over into the next sitting terminal (coz the glass was clear) and i was just watching all these tourist complain and whinge and these asians refusing to surrender their bottles of alcohol which they put in HAND LUGGAGE! and the custom officers are like "no u cant take it on it exceeds the liquid limit". they were that desperate they tried to sneak past the officers and snatch the alcohol back ahahahahhahaha funny peoples

I hate sitting behind a person who decides to put their seat back so much that it begins to invade my limited leg space. I also HATE sittin next to a person who suddenly decides to fall asleep on my shoulder.

Other than that....

Long cold flights, unable to sleep during night time flights.
And also, broken remotes and TVs.

Broken seats, shitty seats and crappy airplane bread.

Long flights are awesome though, I love the 22hrs to London and back.

I cant stand long flights. Longest I have been on a flight is 14 hours, which I have done a few times.
I think anything longer than that and I will go crazy.

The fact i've never experienced it :(
That's sad - sad face -

For me it's not being able to get to sleep, on a 14hr flight from Taipei to Frankfurt I think I got about three hours sleep, despite it being a night flight. I just CANNOT sleep on planes no matter how tired I am. I also detest being given a seat in the middle row when flying on a wide-body plane.

Also when they announce descent, only to actually land about three hours later.

But i do enjoy flying, and on the same flight as above we flew over Russia and it was soooo amazing cos for hours there were no clouds and it was just endless Russian mountains and steppe and was so stunning. And hell the very fact that we can fly overseas we should be grateful for.

I have a 14hr and 30 minute flight booked from U.S to here booked for October, leaving on Saturday getting here on Monday, then a ridiculous wait in Sydney for a flight home VIA melbourne. omfg.

haha 8 hours? that's nothing compared to a 24 hour flight to New York
Adelaide -> Sydney -> LA -> Dallas -> Orlando.

Fucking thirtysomething hours of airplanes and airports.

I only really dislike long layovers and the wait between landing and getting to the gate. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with everything.

Probably just referring to the LA - Sydney flight. Leaves LA late on the Saturday and gets in to Sydney early on the Monday.

ohh k. it always is much faster going back to Australia than the U.S. yeah long layovers are absolutely terrible when you have absolutely nothing to do, waiting to get on the plane to have absolutely nothing to do
