"HP next exit' signs on the M7 (1 Viewer)

Can ANYONE tell me what these mean? It's really bugging me, I have looked on the internet for ages trying to find an answer and there is nothing! They are red and white signs. I used to think they were for Horsely Park because I had only ever seen them near the Horsely Drive exit however yesterday I drove pretty much the whole length of the M7 and saw them in many different spots.

Can anyone help?

yeah i literally cannot find a single reference to them in the RTA website or any RTA technical directions

Its strange, Highway Patrol seemed most likely to me however we took an exit with a sign that said HP 70m and couldnt see ANYTHING! Haha. I guess I'll just have to accept the secret :)
