Went to a family friend's barbecue a couple of weeks back, tried this stringy meat that I thought was either lamb or beef in a form I hadn't seen it in before... found out that it was actually horse ... it tasted brilliant though. If I didn't find the thought of it so undignified, I would've gone back for a second helping (I think that may make me a bad person or something... oh well.)...

Duck is good though
