Nope, not yet.

Still need to finish the discussion and conclusion + some comprehensive editing all throughout.

I should be done in a few hours though.
Well, if you need a fresh pair of eyes to look at something, I'll be around for the next half hour or so.

Um. I don't know what to say. Shouldn't you have finished before that? lol.

Anyway, out of curiosity, does anyone know how many chemistry graduates there are per year?

Nah, not really.

I've just treated the thesis just like I would any other assignment. In the end, it's worth 18cp but I've always preferred to working down to the wire so the quality of my work is likely to be higher if I leave it late. From what I've seen though, most people have left it this late as well so I'm not really concerned.

credit average?

Just do part time in first year.
All of your units will transfer over because you have to do first year maths units for engg.
i dont think you can do BEng part time

Well, lbr, you wouldn't be part time anyways.

You will have like 12 CP under your belt at the end of the year, right?

So, instead of doing:
Sem 1: MATH1001, MATH1002, ENGG1800, ENGG1801, PHYS1001
Sem 2: MATH1003, MATH1005, ENGG1802, ENGG1803, GEOL1501

You'll do:
Sem 1: ENGG1800, ENGG1801, PHYS1001
Sem 2: ENGG1802, ENGG1803, GEOL1501

Done.

(You have to do LESS than 18 CP to be part-time iirc.)

Thanks for that post, but im probably not going to end up in BEng. Anyway i would have already done PHYS1001 when it comes to transferring, and if i transfer without a full 48 cp of junior points they would consider the ATAR right? Just weighing out options

What do I do if some of my units require departmental permission?

Bitch.

Conveniently the whole USYD maths page is down so like w0tdafack can't even look at possible units.
