"you can only be marked for what you write"....thats true, but they also specify, very specifically to write between 80-100ji for the responding sections, so it is best to write in between the boxes. i read in a revision book that some markers won't mark the rest once they reach that...

pratice is all you can do in speaking...are there any Japanese native speakers that you know? why not set up a time to practice speaking with them, or use sample role plays. Talk to your friends in japanese, talk to pple in msn in Japanese......PRACTICE~

You don't need to "upgrade" the features, just return the ones that were taken when premium was introduced...btw in reply to ur question, i saw quitre a few people questioning this downgrade in another thread...the one with the photos of what you can get with premium....

In the past, before premium was introduced, these were ALL available for ALL users, free of charge. I don't get it, because BoS emphasises that all the previous features are still available, premium just offers new ones, so why have these features (scaling, different years, etc...) been taken...

does beginners jap really scale down? A language teacher at my school told me all languages got scaled up! (pluvia-you said the scaling doesnt really matter that much)...why?

wow, Japanese radio, i don't think i'd be able to understand it yet. Do you listen to much Japanese music and stuff? Ive been looking for some bands, but i don't know any good ones (do u?) ....hopefully it'll help some of that Japanese sink in, lol.
