    We wont get them until early next year i suspect. And most likely, most courses will be eligilbe to re-enrol online through e-student, with the exception of first year students and i think people who have changed degrees as well.

    This is totally untrue. Who told you that? The internal transfer policy will still be in place. Only where degrees are not available through the internal transfer policy you have to apply through UAC.

    Initially you might get sent an old outdated HECS bill. But you shoud eventually be sent the new updated one with your new subjects. No need to notify anyone as it is done automatically.

    Well i got the info from RTA. The guy at the back is not always at fault. If you suddenly break without a 'legitimate' reason then you are at fault according to the traffic legislation.

    no penalty really. They just send you a warning letter letting you know that you havent paid, and if you dont soon, then they will basically discontinue your studies.

    generally they wont let you overload unless you have at least a D average or high C at most. They are quite strict with overloading, generally, if you are going to graduate one semester earlier by overloading then they will let you do so. Otherwise, its tough.
