But then the workload is still the same. You can still do 3 subjects here a semester and be considered as full time. the fact is doing 3 subjects worth 4 credit points each has the same workload as doing 4 subjects worth 3 credit points each.

Actually, for Econ111 its the same textbook as last year, but this year its the newer 2nd edition.

You do not have to have done PSY104 to do PSY105. The prerequisite is that you must have done 12 credit points with a GPA of at least 2.5.

The transfer criteria might seem easy, but the fact is that MQ are know for harder exams and they dont like giving out good grades often, it seems.

I found that econ111 was a lot easier than econ110, its more diagramatic based. I never touched the texbook but relied on lecture notes that we had to note down ourselves.(They dont upload them).

WAM- Weighted Average Marks, not used at MQ. You multiply your mark by the credit point of the subject then add them all up and divide them by the total number of credit points.

Which edition of the book do you have? By the way, do we need 2 books for busl250? i think business law and commerical law?

Yeh, not sure if there is much change though because a new edition is out this year. So i think the 2nd hand ones will be very cheap. Any offers out there?

you can drop a unit on estudent provided you are not a first year student. To enrol in another unit, you will have to line up at COP when next sem begins!

THe stuff you learn and what knowledge you actually acquire are roughly the same for UNSW, USYD and MQ. But in reputation terms, MQ lags behind very badly. USYD is considered to be the most prestigious law school with UNSW not far behind. MQ is probably 4th behind UTS. But if you are not...
