Depends if you wanna come home smelling like beef or smelling like fried chicken. But seriously, work wherever can accommodate you better in terms of flexibility and whichever one is easier to get to.

Not a maths expert by any means, but exploring the proofs could help you understand why you solve certain questions in certain ways. E.g. looking at the proofs for why x^0= 1 would help you better understand indices.

If you settle for certain marks you probably won't reach your goal. Aim for as high as possible in every subject, working the hardest on subjects you struggle with the most. I think if you did get 70ish for english it would make it significantly hard to achieve your goal.
